Delete MIND Account and Data

In-App Deletion
Open MIND and go to Settings > Account > Delete account.
After you confirm deletion, MIND should delete your account and associated user data from the backend.
If You Cannot Access the App
Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your MIND account. Use the subject "MIND account deletion request" and ask us to delete your MIND account and associated data.
We may ask for reasonable verification before processing the request.
Data Deleted
When a MIND account is deleted, the product policy requires deletion of:
- Account data
- Journal entries
- Emotion or mood records
- AI conversation records
- Cloud sync data
Data That May Be Retained
Some records may be retained only when needed for legal, billing, security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, accounting, or operational reliability reasons. De-identified technical usage records may remain after the account link is removed.
Google Play subscription records are managed by Google. Deleting a MIND account may not cancel an active Google Play subscription.
