Overview
Wushi Harbor in Toucheng, Yilan, is the gateway for whale-watching to Turtle Island and a well-known surf area, with a tourist fish market and spacious, easily reached grounds. Actual fishing zones follow the port authority's on-site notices.

Mainly harbor walls and breakwaters with tetrapods near the outer wall, adjoining a sandy shore; depth varies with the tide.
Recommended tide/season
Bites are better around high tide; summer and autumn are more stable, while winter NE monsoon and swell have a strong effect.
Parking & access
Near the Toucheng interchange of National Freeway 5 and the coastal road, with a large parking lot and the Lanyang Museum.
