The material temporary body of a human being is an extremely precise bio-sensing receiver. Within the body's bioelectric network, most of the nerve plexuses and gateways (traditionally called acupoints) play the role of a "switchyard," deciding how currents from every direction are diverted and activated, channeling energy toward specific material pixel zones.
But the core gateway located at the back of the top of the head — the Yangguan point (the crown seam) — is not, in its physical nature, a switchyard at all. It is a high-dimensional holographic dish receiving antenna and quantum rectifier. In the projection of the three-dimensional world, mortals are exposed every day to enormous amounts of low-frequency, entropic noise — worldly gossip, hatred, anxiety, and judgment. This information enters through the temporary body's ears and eyes, translating light-speed and sound waves into bioelectric current. At this point, the hardware mechanism of the Yangguan point switches on, forcibly "integrating and rectifying" all the scattered, chaotic alternating current across the body.
The most critical system bug is this: the sole output receiver for this antenna's rectified direct-current signal is not the physical flesh at all — it is the "True Body" (the essential body of consciousness) sitting in the backend. If an observer spends all day dwelling on outer lack, separation, and judgment, the Yangguan antenna will endlessly rectify all that high-resistance noise into a high-intensity destructive signal, firing it straight into the True Body's code library. This causes severe phase interference in the True Body's wave packet, leaving the True Body blurred, its resistance raised, and its connection to the Source's infinite energy completely lost.
The first instruction of practice is to actively shut off the senses' random clinging, guard the Yangguan filter, refuse to judge or distinguish among outer images, and ensure the purity of every signal fed into the True Body.

- Shut Off the Senses' Random Clinging
Cut back on listening to gossip or fixating on right-and-wrong; let your ears and eyes feed less worldly noise into the rectification system.
- Guard the Yangguan Filter
When you encounter images of lack, separation, or judgment, practice "seeing without judging" — don't let high-resistance noise get rectified and written into the True Body.
- Maintain the True Body's Purity
Leave a stretch of blank time each day: input no outer judgment, let only clear signal pass through the antenna, and keep the connection to the Source's energy open.
